Stour Wood RSPB & Wrabness EWT Reserve – Turtle Doves, Fritillaries and Hairstreaks

Monday 1st July 2024

We start the morning at Wrabness where with luck, we will find one of the local European Turtle Doves with the chance of Common Cuckoo, Eurasian Hobby, Eurasian Bullfinch, Sand Martin and Yellowhammer. As the day warms up we head to nearby Stour Wood in search of butterflies including Silver-washed Fritillary and White Admiral plus a multitude of other insects and flowers.
