After we have booked your flight/s we will send your final invoice which will include the exact price we have paid for your flight.
For tours without flights, when we receive your completed booking form and deposit we will send you confirmation of your booking with Swallow Birding & Wildlife and your final invoice.

Balances are due 8 weeks before commencement of the tour. Approximately 6 weeks before the tour you we will send a tour information pack containing the bird/wildlife checklist and detailed tour information including where to meet, clothing, health, climate, currency etc. Your holiday experience does not end when the tour finishes, as everyone will receive a superb trip report with a detailed account of the tour including the bird/wildlife list and photographs taken on the tour.

STEVE’S BIRDING DAYS: How to Book
If you wish to book on one of Steve’s Birding Days please click on the Booking Request button below or phone to let us know and we will save you a place. We will send you an email a few days beforehand with the meeting details and other information. Payment is in cash on the day, but if you have to cancel at short notice and we cannot fill your place we would ask you please to cover the cost.

Please note: to follow modern nomenclature and systematics, we have adopted the IOC World Bird List, Version 11.1 (2021) for all our itineraries. Occasionally we may use the British (English) Vernacular name in certain circumstances. The IOC World Bird List contains the world’s bird names as published by the International Ornithological Congress (IOC). See http://www.worldbirdnames.org/ for more details.
